This is the amazing tale of Said Galiporosh (an alias) -an Iranian Jew. Said takes us back to his days in Teheran during the Iran- Iraq war. Said, an orphan, is caught with another three boys and one girl, all Muslim, by a Persian carpet dealer who imprisons them in a cellar in the south of Teheran. The youngsters are compelled to weave rugs which he then sells in the Teheran market.
